If you’re here on the hunt for the winner of the Spread the Love Campaign, you’ll have to wait a little longer! The full post will go up today at 2pm EST. In the meantime, I’m going to entertain (read: distract) you with all sorts of inky trickery and fun.

For the entire month of March, Clear & Simple Style Watch will be dedicated to taking an in-depth look at a few of the products in the CSS collection. We all know that Clear & Simple makes plenty of stamps, but their product line includes tons more.

Today we’re talking ink. Hybrid Ink to be exact. In short – this stuff stamps on everything! And did you know that the Clear & Simple Stamps Hybrid Ink was selected by Creating Keepsakes Magazine as a “Must Have” tool for your craft room? True story.

Then of course, there is the obvious choice of paper – which is an obsession we all can agree on. To showcase the CSS Hybrid inks, I’m giving you a sneak peek of a fun die collection from the upcoming release!

The Flower Buds stamp set features a ton of floral images and now you can purchase a die that coordinates with each element. For this particular set, I sat down and stamped out a ton of floral while watching my favorite…The Golden Girls.

With a stack of pre-cut & stamped floral dies, I was able to quickly assemble this thank you card!

Of course, if die-cutting is not your favorite, the Floral Buds set is great for stamping a tight pattern of florals…

And now that you’re inspired to get inky, why not start by creating an ink chart of your CSS Hybrid Ink? We’re making it easy for you with this free download – just click, download, print & stamp! The chart has space for you to include a first and second generation impression so you have full range of each shade in the collection.

Oh mannn all those inks :D And I’m enjoying the sneaks to the flower buds!

  2. Oh, Amber, I really didn’t need to see that! Now I think I need an entire collection of C&S hybrid inks, plus the wonderful colour charts, and I may as well add on the stamps and dies, too! Great post, and beautiful cards, thank-you!

Love your cards. Especially the first one.

  4. I LOVE those cards!! But how do you space your flowers so perfectly? I’m not much for trial and error!! Thanks!!

Me and you both! Each of these cards was a first attempt … I have very little patience fot do-overs so I just take my time the first time around. Usually, I just play around with my stamps and turn them from side to side seeing what will fit in each space. The Flower Buds set has so many images that it’s not terribly difficult to find something that will fit perfectly.

  5. Amber, these are awesome! You’re pretty amazing designer, you know. Hugs. xo

As if I don’t have enough inks already now I am going to have to add all these inks and the stamps and the dies and everything else you showcase. You are a true inspiration. Thanks for sharing.
